Job description:

◎Lead program set up and value the feasibility, create development master schedule;

◎Lead development of program relative auxiliary tools such as rack, fixture, gauge, mold etc;

◎During development, lead the document completion for engineering, quality and APQP;

◎During development, lead the sample preparation and submission, follow up component continual improvement;

◎During development, lead AAR sample and boundary submission and approval;

◎During development, lead internal trial run and follow up issues improvement;

◎During development, arrange PPAP document submission and approval;

◎In charge of program transfer to Engineering Department;

◎During development, communicate with customer for Q、D、C(Quality、Delivery、Cost)issues and follow up.

 

Requirements on abilities：

◎Education background: College or above, major inmechanical, chemical engineering or other science and Engineering is preferred;

◎CET4 or above, good English reading and writing skills;

◎1 year or above working experience in automotive relative industry;

◎Familiar with office software;

◎Patient in work, proactive, with high sense of responsibility and good communication skill.
