Xin Point Holdings Group Oversea New Capacity Gradually Start Mass Production

“Continuous improvement of the overseas production capacity layout” is going to be one of the most important company strategies for the coming years. At present, The new spray painting line of Mexico factory is fully installed and started mass production. The Malaysia factory is progressing according to the schedule. The two newly built factories in Jiujiang China also started mass production.

A new spray painting line was completed at the Mexico plant and started mass production in March 2025. This is the third spray painting line at the Mexico plant. This plant combines various processes such as injection molding, electroplating, spray painting and assembly. After business adjustments and personnel optimization, this plant entered a healthy operation state to make profits.

The Malaysian factory is also stepping up its infrastructure progress and has completed the roof of the main building in October 2024. Other infrastructure works are being carried out in an orderly manner. This plant specializes in injection molding, electroplating, spray painting and assembly processes. The spray painting line is expected to be operational by October 2025, while the electroplating line is expected the same by December 2025.

In addition to the two oversea plants mentioned above, there are currently two factories in Jiujiang area, namely Jiujiang Xin Point Automobile Components Co., LTD and Jiujiang Xin Point Surface Decoration Co., LTD..

Jiujiang Xin Point Automobile Components Co., LTD focuses on injection molding, spray painting and PVD processes, and is good at producing large-size parts. Small batches deliveries started in April 2024, thereafter, bulk deliveries begun since April 2024. Jiujiang Xin Point Surface Decoration Co., LTD. has a small hexavalent-chromium-free plating line. Due to the fact that most European OEMs decided to postpone the introduction of this technology, we have decided to adapt this line for new program development.
